At some point in grade school we did a career aptitude type of test in one of our classes and then had to write a short essay on what sounded the most appealing. That was one of the choices, and I continued to maintain interest throughout the rest of my childhood. I talked about it a lot as well, so much that my grandma even offered to send me to space camp. I regret not taking her up on it, not because it could've like swayed my future decision to give up on that, but because it would've been a really cool experience that I missed out on.

One of my classmates went the year I didn't. Not gonna lie I was jealous as hell when he would talk about it, even though it was my decision alone not to go. I was young enough that kind of time away from home kinda scared me.

I never went to sleep away camp as a kid. Both of my sisters did. I wish I was the kind of person who would like something like that because movies make it look insanely fun, but I know I would have hated it as a kid.

Psychology.
Then business.
Then psychology.
Then math.

I can't remember what all I changed my major to. I now have a very high value degree in liberal arts.

The plan was to get cores and electives out of the way and then transfer to obtain a degree in CIS. I registered for the CIS classes too late so took a semester off, and then BOOM, pregnant. Oops.

I later got about 1/2 of a horticulture degree done before my federal assistance dried up.

And then I got a real estate license.

I didn't go to one until the 7th grade, and that was the only one I went to. It was a really fun time until the last day.

Like everyone I knew did church camp every summer but my mom never sent us. Idk if it was a denominational thing or what, one would think she would have been super excited to ship us off.
