this is not a new phenomenon, it has ALWAYS been easy to manipulate the world. The NSA has just figured out a new way to do it on a broader and more intrusive scale. I say good for them, because information is power and this is one more way the US of A gets to stay on top.

Really, though, if we weren't building data centers, we'd be building and shooting more cruise missiles, so...
